Located on the corner of 34th Street and 10th Avenue. The new 210.5M hotel will provide 399 rooms within a state of the art 219,000 square foot facility. Rooms will offer majestic views of the Hudson River and Midtown Manhattan. The Project is situated one block from the Javits Convention Center and is within the new developing central business district of Manhattan. This Project is the first hotel in this area and services the Javits Center and vicinity. The City-endorsed developing business district includes a new subway line and station and an expansion of the Javits Center.
